Urgent Offer Letter Update GenC while filling form

Hi everyone,

I'm completing my Cognizant pre-joining formalities, and the portal requires UAN as a mandatory field. However, I'm unable to generate a new UAN through the UMANG/EPFO app because the service is currently under maintenance and says it will be available only from 2nd July.

My onboarding deadline is approaching, and I cannot proceed without entering the UAN details. Has anyone faced a similar issue during Cognizant onboarding? Were you allowed to submit the documents without UAN, or is there any alternate process?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
