Should I(31M) break up with my girlfriend(30F) or is it the heatwave?

So my girlfriend and I have been in a bit of a rough patch a couple months ago, and I thought we were slowly getting better and coming closer again.

Well its been a week now and all of a sudden I cant even think of being near her, we're not fighting or anything but there's zero effort to interact between both of us.

And now im caught in a dilemma and need your help, as it is 30 degrees in our apartment currently I feel like I could attribute the no contact to the heatwave, but maybe thats just coping for a real problem.

So couples of the Netherlands who are in a healthy relationship, how are you handling this hellish heatwave? Has your affection also dropped towards your partner?
