XT5 or X100VI?

I’m looking to upgrade from my Sony A6400 and am leaving for college soon. What I find with the a6400 is that it’s too clunky to bring skiing/hiking. Does the superiority of the XT5 mean I should just deal with the larger form factor? Or should I just purchase the X100VI?
