I am starting to think my brother is likely the favourite child

I only recently just thought about it. And btw just to clarify I have really good parents and I’m an adult now. But they’ve always been good parents and I don’t think they would ever admit this. But I do suspect in the back of their mind they prefer my brother .

I think this just because they seem to favour my brother in subtle ways. Like if we are talking together and joking around , I’ll get a lot of demeaning jokes on the receiving end but my brother won’t get any ever. I do also think my brother has a more mellow personality, he will kind of let people walk over him where as I’m more like my mother and will say if I don’t like things . And I like to get things done.

They also seem more willing to pay for some things for my brother or pay him out more for like university and so on. Also my dad will be more demeaning to me and not at all to my brother . But overall it’s not a big enough difference to bother me too much but did upset me a bit realising it.
