Massive Sudden Dropoff in Sales Starting June 11
I currently have over 200 listings, mostly brand-new items and multi-quantity listings. Local FBM sales have been fine, perhaps growing. eBay sales fell off a cliff compared to the last 3 months.
I didn't change anything on my store. I'm still top rated with perfect service metrics. I have plenty of summer items.
I've tried being patient, but it seems weird my sales would fall off sharply overnight and stay that way. I even lowered some prices and had a store-wide sale (which I never do) since June 11th. This is starting to get concerning, almost like there's a shadow-ban on my account. I hate to just sit here and hope the problem fixes itself.
Is anyone else seeing a similar phenomenon? Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?
