Ban forever!
Hi, I am a Vietnamese League player, have been playing for 7 years. League was part of my hobbies, playing it with friends since secondary school, now entering university. Today, my account is said to be permanently banned forever. I have sended email to the anticheat team, and even try to reach out to the department. I was said to use cheating, but I do not understand why? I hardstuck Silver and Gold 4 for a period, my skill was only their, so I do not see any reason why I am banned for cheating.
The reply emails by the team is kind of automatic and general, without the clear statement of where did I do wrong, and this is unfair because I have lost the account of memories (and money) that I have been used for 7 years straight without any specific reason. The suspicous things I notice are:
- When I try to enter the client, there was a person already logging into and play with it
- I go to Internet cafe to play the game, but this is not persuasive, because everyone in Vietnam go to Internet cafe for playing games.
I am writing this to confess my frustruation, that I do not deserve to receive. I hope that this can warn League players, and reach to the Engineer teams (as a student majoring in Data Science, I am curious about the algorithms to verify a cheating account). I hope that anyone who had the same experience can share below!
