Should I take CIE A Level English Language (9093)?

Hi.

I was contemplating on whether I should take English Language for my A levels and if that will be advisable considering the other subjects I plan to take: Physics, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics. I will actually be completing my entire A Level Mathematics in the first year and begin Further Mathematics in my second year, so I will essentially be taking 3 subjects at any given time should I also take English.

For anybody who has taken any of the subjects above:
What will my workload be like? Do you have any strategies for managing the workload? How many hours should I study per day per subject? Would you actually recommend this? I cannot afford to get anything below an A in any of my subjects.

I had taken English Language for my O Levels (and also Add Math, if that matters) and I really disliked having to come up with story plots under time pressure, but also I hear that A Level English is nothing like it.
