Best shoes?

What are the best shoes to wear as an MA? I know some healthcare workers wear Crocs or clogs. Or regular running shoes/sneakers. What do you wear? What do you recommend?

When I worked at Amazon we got vouchers to purchase shoes from Zappos and they were excellent quality. I'm thinking about doing that on my own dime and breaking them in a few weeks before starting my new job.
