Piercing ball in my moms ear canal

So funny story. This is the second time this has happened to her🥲
She has her rook and asked me to change it when she was laying down, big mistake, I know.
For the second time the ball has dropped into her ear canal.
First time we went to A&E, waited 8 hours and they couldn’t even get it out, sent us home and it dropped out when she was lay on her side the next morning.
We don’t feel like waiting 8+ hours in the UK heatwave, she’s currently lay on her side, we don’t have any hydrogen peroxide and we have no stores open now.
Any advice?
