Best monitor arms in EU?

I run two screens mostly. With one being centered and one off to the side as if a 3 monitor setup, but there is no 3rd one obviously.

I am looking into arms, but am torn between dual arms, two single ones. And I need a desk mount system I think. The desk is not hardwood or solid though, it’s actually kitchen counter. So I need a decent surface area on the mount to not break the desk with some weight on the arm.
