A question about oxygen bleach and protease

Hi everyone! I'm in the process of preparing a 101-level presentation about laundry for a powerpoint night.

As I'm putting it together, I'm realizing I don't know the hard pros and cons of oxygen bleach vs protease. While I use both of them, I'm shy to admit that I don't exactly know why.

Can y'all help me understand the difference in benefits? I get that one is an enzyme and the other isn't but that's really the end of my knowledge.
