Is Torgue present in BL4’s Circle of Slaughter?

I’m currently resting in the hospital, but Torgue is my favorite part of the Borderlands franchise. Seeing Circle of Slaughter come back has me asking if he appears in it at all.

Can anyone check for me and report back? Thank you!
