What is the killer's incentive to play this event?

Like everything is stacked against the killer with this stuff, what is the killer supposed to do with some hindered when the survivors can't get hit, have on command sprint burst, they can teleport away as soon as you come close and can go invisible? What am i there for? Entertainment as they spam invisibility while hopelessly trying to defend gens? Sure, this is driven by a bit of rage but damn, the killer doesn't get anything except more anxiety from this. Which behavior survivor-main-noodle thought this was a good idea?
