Newbie looking for advice

So I have started a YouTube channel and I’m looking on it by on how to get my subscriber account up. I do mostly short format videos that are either cooking crochet or cat related and I do some occasional rants about prices and real life. I don’t do any editing. I just do live raw videos in short form app because I don’t have enough subscribers to go live yet, but I would love to be able to go live and just do some crocheting and talk with people While I crochet. Can anyone give advice on how to get those last 10 members I need to be able to go live and maybe some improvements to my channel?
