As interest in reactivating p53 continues to grow across oncology, researchers are exploring new ways to uncover vulnerabilities in cancers that retain wild-type TP53.

In this on-demand session, Nicole Curnutt from Harvard University shares how the CK1α degrader DEG-77 selectively targets TP53 WT gynecologic cancers with altered SWI/SNF complexes and MDM4 dependence. By degrading CK1α, these cancer cells can no longer suppress p53 activity, triggering apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.

If you're working on targeted protein degradation, p53 biology, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, or synthetic lethal approaches in oncology, this is a fascinating look at an emerging therapeutic strategy.
