Constant crashing on crossplay.

So I've been having issues recently on Xbox.

Both console to console network play and PC to console cross play are both causing game crashes.

Games are up to date on the latest version. What's happening is we get into the lobby and it connects and whenever we go on to the loading screen to play the intro cut scene it crashes shortly after the loading screen ends and the intro cutscene starts. And it's always different people sometimes I crash sometimes my friends do.

We figured it was a PC problem but I'm having the exact same issue with my girlfriend on Xbox as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you.
