Nintendo Account Hacked Support

Hello,

So around 3 years ago my Nintendo Switch account was hacked and it had a lot of purchases and games, but when I went to get support for the account they said the account was never used (it’s the correct account I check the creation date they gave)

They changed email and I have access now but I don’t have any of my games or any progress it’s a clean slate.

what should I do now I want my account back. I feel that the hackers changed the email so I don’t have the games how would I approach Nintendo support about this?
