Do events dissappear?

Question

So, if i have a low level account with all the events and missions that give shards, and i buy the hyperdrive bundle, Do they dissapear?

Per example the resistance training and the fleet event. Or the quests of the picture.

If they do not dissappear, can i buy the hyperdrive and THEN do them so i can stack their shards over the character the bundle gives me?

Im confused. Thanks for the help.

PS: Also if you could tell me which early fleet is nuts this days i will thank you a lot
