Knottywood Clinkers
I see some people say they have no issues burning knotty wood plum while others say they will never use again due to clinkers. Are there certain aspects that may be contributing to clinkers forming? For example, cook temp, which grill, humidity? IE would there be a best practices to be able to burn the plum with low chances of clinkers if contributing factors are known?
