Consistent 429 Errors On The Wayback Machine

Since yesterday, I have consistently been getting 429 HTTP errors from the Wayback Machine, no matter how long I wait. I have checked on 2 devices and it does the same thing. I have hecked on isitdownrightnow.com and the site says that the Wayback Machine is not down. Oddly enough, the archive.org site doesn't have this problem.

I suspect that this has something to do with my IP, but I'm not entirely sure.
