Direct Deposit Question

I sold tickets in the official resale portal. I was not the original purchaser of the tickets. Per the sale email it sounds like I have to wait for FIFA to reach out and request my direct deposit information. Can anyone let me know what that request process looked like? I’ve read other threads about how long the actual payments took, but I don’t even know how to provide my banking information in the first place.
