Over 50, anyone who worked at MyUnique Thrift Stores prior to 2016, do you know of any connection with the Saver/TVI corporation?

So I was in an argument with my mom just a few minutes ago, we were talking about traveling up north and she brung up Value Village, known mainly in the US as Savers, apparently in the Chicagoland and DC metros it is known as Unique.

Does anyone know any possible connection between the 2? Seeing as in 2016 or so Unique rebranded as MyUnique, and has Blue Bucket LLC at the bottom of the website but theres 2 other Blue Buckets that don’t seem to have a connection to Unique.

Help is absolutely appreciated!
