PC freezes and give BSOD when PBO set manually with curve optimizer.

Hello, I built new PC, almost, because I had PSU, and CPU cooler from previous build. I switched from AM4 to AM5. First day was excellent, everything worked perfectly fine. I stayed on previous AM4 OS as system initalized everything. PC worked fine for two days since I built it. Today started to crash. BIOS started to freeze and few times I experienced few BSOD:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA) ntoskrnl.exe
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x1A)

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x38) win32kbase.sys

my pc specs:

ryzen 7800x3d (new)

rx 9070 xt (from previous am4 build)

Lexar Ares DDR5 6000 mhz cl 32

Deepcool DQ850-M-V2L

MSI TOMAHAWK B650 WIFI MS-7D75

Kingston SNV2S1000G 1TB

So what I thought it is - I overclocked my RAM too much or it is faulty on EXPO profile. I loaded factory settings in BIOS and started memtest. Everything worked fine. Then I left PBO untouched but only turned on EXPO profile. Memtest runs fine for long time, no pc freezes too. Then I modified PBO > Advanced > Power Limits > Motherboard.
Scalar > x10

Curve optimizer > 25 negative

As it was before.

additionally I set CPU Vsoc from 1.3v to 1.25v saved settings, tried memtest and firstly I couldnt memtest couldnt allocate enough memory (Memory locking failed (might be reserved by other apps/kernel).

I could use only 16gb for memtest instead of using maximum as before. I tried 16gb, my pc freezed, then I tried only PBO > Enabled. I received same effect.

Now im running PBO on auto which is default on B650 Tomahawk and memtest runs on maximum RAM without crashing. Can I do something with PBO, or is it really PBO or something else? And why it was running first 2 days without problems and suddenly got a hiccup? BTW. BIOS version is newest. After second BSOD I also installed fresh system so i got rid of old chipset settings and other stuff from AM4 platform on my SSD.
