Day 1 of the 7 before surgery date!

Hey guys! Watching and learning from all of you on this app has really helped me to solidify my choice. Anytime I feel discouraged or afraid, I just get in this sub.

Anyway, this is the 1st day of my pre-op week before going under the knife. It’s a full liquid, no sugar diet. Not going to lie, it’s not been as bad as I thought. The worst thing is the headaches. I struggle with migraines anyway, and I hope it doesn’t stay like this forever.

In-patient surgery date: 07/02/2026
