Peptides KLOW Cheat Sheet: Four-Compound Repair Blend Dosing, Reconstitution, and Titration
For research and laboratory use only. Not for human consumption. Dosing figures below are research reference points, not protocols.
KLOW is a fixed-ratio repair blend that packs four complementary peptides into one 80mg vial: GHK-Cu at 50mg, plus BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV at 10mg each. The ratio does not vary by batch. The logic behind the combination is that each compound covers a different bottleneck in the repair process, so the blend aims at broader regenerative coverage than any single peptide running alone.
Here is what each arm contributes. TB-500 drives angiogenesis, cell migration, and tissue repair by regulating actin. BPC-157 supports tendon, ligament, and muscle healing through enhanced blood flow and growth-factor modulation. KPV is an anti-inflammatory tripeptide that quiets NF-kB signaling without the infection-risk tradeoff that comes with steroids. GHK-Cu handles collagen synthesis and connective-tissue organization during remodeling.
The honest framing on evidence: the mechanisms are each well characterized, but the blend itself has no controlled human study behind it. The stack rationale is pharmacologically plausible, and most of the safety record sits in preclinical work. That is a known gap, not a hidden one.
Dosing Reference (research context)
Titration runs across an 8 to 12 week daily course, extendable to 16 weeks. Doses below are per component, per day.
| Phase | TB-500 / BPC-157 / KPV | GHK-Cu | Units (U-100) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1 to 2 | 250 mcg each | 1.25 mg | 7.5 units (0.075 mL) |
| Weeks 3 to 4 | 500 mcg each | 2.5 mg | 15 units (0.15 mL) |
| Weeks 5 to 8 | 750 mcg each | 3.75 mg | 22.5 units (0.225 mL) |
| Weeks 9 to 12 (maintenance) | 500 mcg each | 2.5 mg | 15 units (0.15 mL) |
Plain text fallback:
Wk 1 to 2: 250 mcg each + 1.25 mg GHK-Cu (7.5 units). Wk 3 to 4: 500 mcg each + 2.5 mg (15 units). Wk 5 to 8: 750 mcg each + 3.75 mg (22.5 units). Wk 9 to 12: 500 mcg each + 2.5 mg (15 units).
Schedule is once daily subcutaneous. For the small early-week volumes, a 30- or 50-unit insulin syringe improves readability.
Reconstitution and Measurement
| Spec | Value |
|---|---|
| Vial | 80 mg total (50/10/10/10) |
| Reconstitution | 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water |
| Total concentration | ~26.67 mg/mL |
| TB-500 / BPC-157 / KPV | 3.33 mg/mL each (33.3 mcg per unit) |
| GHK-Cu | 16.67 mg/mL (166.7 mcg per unit) |
Plain text fallback:
80 mg vial, 3.0 mL BAC water. 1 unit = 33.3 mcg each of TB-500, BPC-157, KPV, plus 166.7 mcg GHK-Cu.
Supply Planning
| Course | Vials needed |
|---|---|
| 8 weeks | ~3 vials |
| 12 weeks | ~4 vials |
| 16 weeks | ~5 vials |
Plain text fallback:
8 wk ~3 vials. 12 wk ~4 vials. 16 wk ~5 vials.
Storage
- Lyophilized: store frozen at -20 °C, dry and dark.
- Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C, use within 14 to 28 days, avoid freeze-thaw.
- Let vials reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
Observed Effects and Cautions
Across the preclinical literature for the component peptides, the noted effects include accelerated tissue repair through multiple pathways, reduced inflammation via NF-kB inhibition, enhanced collagen synthesis, and improved blood flow to healing tissue.
Reported reactions are limited: mild injection-site redness or irritation, and occasional lightheadedness from the vasodilatory action of some components. Human clinical data is limited, and most safety observations derive from preclinical studies. Note that BPC-157 and KPV both sit in FDA Category 2 (cannot be legally compounded), and standard contraindication flags for the components include active malignancy and pregnancy or breastfeeding.
