How do i get my senior ckd stage 2 cat’s vision back? Hel

My cat was diagnosed ckd stage 2 six months ago. I started renal and liver medicines.
A week ago, she suddenly lost her vision. Vet said it can be nerve damage and gave steroid medication for 3 days for that.
My country isnt advanced with vet medicine and equipment and so theres no blood pressure machine here for animals. So cant check for that but the vet said there arent any symptoms of high blood pressure. And there might be a possibility that the bp shot up then went back down too causing this damage.
I want advice from vets here please, what can i do to help her regain her vision?
When i put a flash in her eyes, the pupils get smaller so im hopeful that theres some vision that can probably be bought back.
Please can someone help me? My country isnt very advanced and i really need advice from good vets here.
