Akila City Raided

I've a few hours into this game now I just stopped at Akila City to join the Trackers Alliance. Got a couple great pictures of my partially upgraded Razorleaf on the pad and found the residents being raided by pirates. I don't recall this scenario happening before, sure do love this game.
