How soon should I wait after taking Kama Pseudo 7Oh

I've never taken Sub. Before and I'm afraid of the precipitated withdrawals if I take it to soon after using 7oh with Pseudo.

I am on 500 mg a day and can't keep doing it.

The regular withdrawals are bad enough for me.

I've tried in the hospital and out of hospital detox.

Any helpful advice? I've been taking 7oh kratom for over a year.
