I’ve been thinking about copper and wanted to know what everyone here thinks.

With the world moving toward EVs, renewable energy, AI data centers, and green infrastructure, copper demand is expected to grow significantly in the coming years.

India was once a major copper producer, with Sterlite Copper in Tamil Nadu contributing a large share of domestic production. After its shutdown, India has relied more on imports to meet demand.

While everyone is talking about investing in gold and silver, do you think copper could become the next big opportunity?

Do you think copper prices have the potential to rise significantly over the next 5–10 years?

Can copper ever perform like gold or silver as an investment, or is it a completely different asset?
