Questions regarding identity & dysphoria

Hi! So I believe that I have been identifying as nonbinary for the better part of a year but had some questions related to it, as I am actively questioning and feeling dysphoria and confusion.

  1. Can I be nonbinary with having little dysphoria? When I hear other people’s stories I can sometimes relate, but I feel like mine isn’t as bad as the majority of people.
  2. I started using they/them pronouns and I’ve noticed I’ve messed up for myself. Like when I’m home, my family still refers to me as he/him and it’s not like I enjoy it, but I kind of accept it. But when I’m at home or even when I’m not, I might accidentally say he as in me in the third person. Does this mean I should just use he and they pronouns? Like, I’m not sure if subconsciously am fine with he sometimes or not.
  3. Probably the most important question. I consider myself a not super confident person and a pretty binary thinker, which leads to an interesting combination. Like I said, I have been questioning/identifying as nonbinary for a better part of a year but I constantly get thoughts as “I feel more feminine today, maybe I’m a trans woman and I’m just scared.” or I’ll feel somewhat content internally with myself and my AGAB and think “I feel more comfortable with my AGAB right now, maybe I’m just cis.” And then sometimes I’ll feel content with nonbinary. These thoughts shift daily multiple times a day and not sure what to think. Any help answering this and the other questions would be great!!

TLDR: if you don’t read anything else, just help me answer #3
