Lost Certificate Nightmare

Hi all,

I may be an old fart in this group so sorry about that, but basically I completed my full advanced apprenticeship back in 2015.

I have in the 11 years since then, misplaced said certificate 🫠

I do have my LVL 3 NVQ certificates and LVL BTEC certificates and my intermediate apprenticeship certificate.

I have spoken with the government apprentice helpline who say they don't have it, my college also don't have it as over 7 years old. I have contacted EAL who issued my NVQ they don't have it.

Im kind of stuck now! I need this specific certificate to obtain a job i have applied for, dones trades test and interview. Im really now starting to think im F##ked

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what remedy do i have to go to my potential new employer to help give some form of proof.
