Local trying to sexually assault me

so this year i’ve been getting sent threats because there’s this one black emirati guy he wants to assault me and he’s assaulted many other girls and boys he’s literally g@y and i’m a boy and he literally tried to assault a girl in broad daylight and she kept screaming im on my period and i’ve been thinking of suing him because every day he’s texting me and sending photos of his (yk what it is) so my friends are telling me to sue him and get proof and im just here asking of what to do i wanna get proof and sue him but idk what to do please i need yall to help me
