Predictions for Shipping Cadence for Future Waves?

I've not been monitoring the inbound shipments for the Steam Machine prior to launch. As I'm on the waiting list for the 2TB model, was curious if we have an idea of how often they might be getting new shipments in to start making it through the likely long waitlists for each model.

Do we think this is more of a monthly influx or quarterly or something? Curious what everyone's predictions are.
