spotting

i use hailey fe consistently (i haven’t missed a pill in months) and my bf always either uses a condom or pulls out but i’ve randomly started spotting. i thought it was because i cut myself while shaving but i can’t find any cut. i’m freaking out that the spotting is a sign of pregnancy. i have an appointment with my obgyn coming up but i know i’ll be panicking until then. what are the chances i am pregnant??
