Digital delays with infinite repeat options

I have a digitech PDS 8000 echo plus and the way you can do a sort of looping with the infinite repeat function, along with the speed / pitch changing by changing the delay time, has become a big part of my style. Lately i've been looking for another pedal / unit that does the same but they are hard to come by and expensive. Anyone know any more affordable options that do the same thing? Both pedals and rack units.
