Employer harassment

Hello all!

I’m in Colorado which is an at will state but I believe that my partner and I have been subjected to a hostile work environment and beyond that a call today that I have recorded she was being told that if she was to not show up today it would be considered her resignation from the company. Is this something that I can add to a case? There is a lot of context involved and has been a period of 3-5 monthes of repeated issues from co workers which is adversely affecting the supervisors opinion and in affect changing the work environment.

If there is details that are needed please let me know but unsure what avenue to take at the moment.
