private exclusive use of venue

Hi all!!

What i’m looking for in a venue is something i’m not sure exists 😬

So basically I’m on the hunt for a wedding venue in ireland that we can book for 2 nights, the night before to set up and the night of the wedding. Guest list at around 100-140.

I would love a venue that does not come with any staff. I want to pick and personally handle the catering myself as I don’t tend to like menus that come with venues. I also just want to have full control of the day with arranging decor etc.

It would be great if the venue had around 6+ bedrooms to stay in. And parking nearby if possible.

I know my list is veryyyyy specific. If anyone has any suggestions from their own experience please let me know! Thank you!
