Looking for a clean, hygienic, and non-vegetarian friendly

female flatmate in a spacious semi-furnished 3bhk in SJR

Verity, Kasavanahalli. It's a single room that comes with a

private attached balcony and a dedicated washroom just

outside! The location is amazing with major tech parks nearby

along with pubs and cafes. All necessary amenities are just a

walk away. Also, we will just be moving in so the place will be

squeaky clean before it's handed over!

Details of the room:

Rent: 21666/pp (including maintenance)

Setup post: \~7k (figuring out a few stuff tho!)

All society amenities are available including gym and

swimming pool; Cultfit is just opposite the society incase you

already a subscription!

Brokerage: 21666

Maid, cook, wifi, and electricity to be split equally

Move in date: 1st July

Deposit: 50000 (can be given in installments of 2 months)

A little about us - I am a Bengali and the other flatmate is a

Hyderabadi. We are easygoing but high on respecting privacy.

We don't party much either so there isn't going to be any late

night noise issue!

If you are interested, please DM for contact info.
