Can infiltrators/incursors be 1st company?

Hey guys! Looking to get the 10 man box and make 5 infiltrators, and 5 incursors. I'm looking for a way to differentiate them though. My army is split half between 1st company, and half between 3rd company. Can either of these squads qualify as vets? If so which one? That way I'd have 5 with red trim and 5 with white trim since essentially its the same bodies
