do any of yall remember the days well?

just wondering, I cold turkied about 2 months ago from abusing a high dose of rc benzos for a month straight and the past 2 months have been such a blur mixed with derealization and a pressure on my head accompanied with always feeling tired no matter how much i sleep, I actually don’t remember the first month basically at all except for the hospital, the second month I remember better but it’s very gapped and if someone were to ask me what happened yesterday I could give key details but can’t remember exact conversations like I used to. If someone asked what I did last week on Friday I wouldn’t even know unless I checked messages or was reminded by a friend and then the memory slightly comes back. also if anyone’s fully recovered and could say how long it took for there memory to get back to normal that would be nice to hear about. (I get waves where I feel a lot better for a couple days but when the waves of symptoms comes back it just freaks me out lol)
