ADHD information booklets for loved ones

My entire life I’ve struggled with ADHD alone, during my degree, masters, throughout my life. I’ve just been diagnosed with combined, 18/18 criterion met. I have an Asian family who don’t understand ADHD and see it as a very taboo thing. I want to give them an information booklet to understand what it is, especially my mum.

Are there any videos, books, booklets or any source of info booklet to help explain adhd symptoms and like what it actually is to family?
