Idea validation: An AI voice agent that instantly calls website leads + updates CRM

Looking for some honest feedback on a project I'm working on.

Instead of just the usual text chatbot widget on a website, imagine adding a Call icon. The user enters their phone number, and an AI agent (trained on the company's data) instantly calls them back.

It captures all the conversation, intent and other details. Once the call ends, the AI automatically syncs the conversation summary and feedback straight into the company's CRM or dashboard.

Do you think business owners would actually trust an AI voice agent to talk to their leads? What's the biggest roadblock you see here?
