Downloaded files not appearing

No matter what, whenever I try to download any video, the file just doesn't show up in the location I specified. I saw that there was another user who was having a similar issue on here, so I tried the fix that worked for them, but to no avail. I'm not super great with stuff like this, so there's a chance I missed something super obvious.

At first I thought it might be because the title of the video had Japanese characters in it, but even with enabling ASCII-only filenames, it still didn't work

I've attached a screenshot of the download log and a link to a video showing the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
