Siren’s songs make you envision your greatest desires, no matter how selfish or cruel they may be the song will convince you thats its right. You will jump from your boat and swim to the shore only to realise there is nothing there but bones and broken dreams. At least that's how it is with the actual Siren's in the myths.

Now look at Vodyanitsa's eyes. They have an eerie emptiness to them but also they resemble the generic evil eye that people believed could hypnotise you. It would make absolute sense if she could make people envision things through her voice.

How would that translate into gameplay? Not my strongest suit but i did previously suggest that her skill could either paralyse enemies (but freeze does that anyway) or the more interesting mechanic would be to make enemies attack each other (if in a crowd) or attack themselves and reduce their own HP (if single enemy). However I'm sure people can come up with many many different and creative ways to implement this in the gameplay.

The devs have hinted at stronger integration of the characters personality and roles into the characters gameplay so I'm quite hyped. What do you guys think?

I was wrong about most things Vody, but there's one thing I still want to be right about - hypnotic powers for Vodyanitsa
