Help finding replacement parts for PVC railing

I have a 20 year old deck with treated wood decking that needs to be replaced. While replacing the deck boards, I would also like to replace the PVC railing because it has some staining that I can't get clean and some broken caps. When I look for new railing, all of the available styles seem to require a different kind of installation, but I would like to keep it simple by just replacing it with the same style/installation method.

Can anyone identify this type of railing and point me in the direction of finding a replacement with the same kind of side-mounted installation?
