Foreign exchange transcript?

Hi, I did a semester long exchange during undergrad and I’m wondering if I need to submit the transcript for it with my law school app.

My degree granting university converted the foreign grades so they are reported in my undergrad transcript, but I’m wondering if schools still need to see the foreign transcript.
