Help with upcoming trip

My husband and I will be coming in town at the end of August staying for 8 days for our anniversary. This is our third time in a row coming into Puerto Rico. We will be staying in Isla Verde in an Airbnb. ( already booked). We have done so many of the attractions like Luquillo, Pinones, rain forest, old San Juan, San Juan , a few different beaches (can’t remember the names).
This year we would like to try a few different things and would love some suggestions. I would love to take a very beautiful scenic route with a lot of street food along the way maybe 90 minutes out 90 minutes back not looking for really big attractions or overcrowded options. just a nice beautiful drive where we can pull off and get good food stop at nice beaches. What would you all suggest? Thanks in advance.
