Where can I authentic Asian recipes?

I love eating Asian food so I really want to learn how to cook good Asian food.

Where do you guys normally get the authentic recipe? I was just searching up on reels and youtube but idk which recipe is valid. Also, where do you guys normally buy the ingredients?
