Which monitor should I get?

I upgraded from 1050ti to a 5070ti. I currently have a 27” QHD IPS 170Hz. I’m looking to get a 4K panel but I’m not quite sure which one to get. I don’t play fps competitively, I prefer playing rpg or open world game so I am looking for something that would can display high fps (frame gen) with ultra graphics but also not too expensive.

Also another quick question, does hooking 2 monitors to my gpu bad for it? Will it get super hot and degrade over time?
Thanks!
