Ferry/train advice for July

Looking for travel advice, i am travelling with a 2 year old toddler starting our trip from Naples, then Salerno and day trips to amalfi coast, positano and capri. I know naples to salerno i must book the AC train and the rest of the journey ferries. Do i need to book all these tickets in advance? Or i can buy on spot or maybe one day before the trip?
